there is a way to improve your squash! 01. hill sprint run-up and jog down. 02. bike 20 miles per week 03. swim twice per week 04. watch pro squash tournament video twice per week 05. join 6 tournaments per year 06. organize squash camps 07. take good nutritions 08. 4 matches per week 09. 4 sets of 4 stars before and after games 10. find a better coach 11. focus during the time you are inside court *advice from Khan

my aim per week.. 1 swim monday 1hour 1 train tuesday 2hours 2 match wednesday&saturday 2hours 1 coaching thursday 1hour 1 sprint friday 1hour 1 video sunday 1hour one day spend less than 2 hours.. guess it not bad bah.. lets improve together ^^ but hv to set time table.. don all crash in one day, cz too crowded canot get anthing.
