calf and forearm is the important part to improve your games. it makes you can have a good steps movement and smooth racket handling during match. Train certain part of your body to keep your fitness and it can help to gain your squash. the body size of player doesn't need to build overweight body, the lighter the better. Those player, don't plan diet to keep your fitness, just make some exercise as usual, jogging, hillsprint, or else pampin n having swing practice.. ^^ everyday is good day for squashing ~ cheers ~
