jogging every wednesday let's go for a jog every wednesday 6pm. the distance is about.. from INTI-UC to NILAI SPRING.
it's not how fast we gonna jog, it's about teamwork we shud be together all the time.
meet in front MPH at 6PM.
objective:
- to control our breathing system
- to boost-up power to calf
- to build psychological mental to finish the route
- to enhance running step
- to get knowledge of squash from different sport

step is the way when u leg lift up and step down.. and the calf is use to make sure ur muscle can support ur body weight..
Cardio is the medical term used to reference the heart. movement is the sub or running.. >.< all i got it from wikipedia and other pedia web... haha

what is runing step got to do with squash?? In squash we don run.... and cardio is we build our breath and oksigen intake so that we can last longer.
