i wonder anyone had 'chau kan' for not warming up before playing squash?
aiks... icic.. HAVEN'T happen 2 me yet... but 2 be on the safe side better warm up. i believe warming up can also help us 2 perform better??
All the strecthing above is static strecthing and its not recommend. Dynamic strecthing is the best way to go.
so how is the dynamic stretching?
